v0.1.8 released.

Beaconfall v0.1.8 is now available for download. This is more of a quality of life patch, with the main feature being the ability to save and load your game, finally. I also added some info text that appears when you collect a powerup. Fixed a few bugs as well. Haven't been able to do much about the download size yet, it might be a while before I get to remedying that. Hope you enjoy the patch regardless.
